The 1st National Assembly of Statutory Auditors - was called by the Securities
Commission on the basis of the Act of 19 October 1991 on auditing and publishing of financial
reports & auditors and their self-governing body. The Assembly was organised on 20 June 1992,
two months later after entering 200 persons onto the list of auditors.
The main points and subject of the Assembly’s agenda:
● resolution of KIBR Statute;
● resolution of temporary rules of ethics for auditors;
● resolution of the program for KIBR activities;
● matters under discussion, including founding KIBR regional branches in localities of
regional branches seats of the Accountants Association in Poland;
● election of KIBR bodies: the National Council of Statutory Auditors, the National Internal
Audit Committee, the National Disciplinary Court and the National Disciplinary Spokesman;
● election of the Auditor Counsel for the Defence Committee.

The 2nd National Assembly of Statutory Auditors - was called by the National
Council of Statutory Auditors during the first term of office and took place on the 8th of January 1994.
The main points and subject of the Assembly’s agenda:
● statements of KIBR bodies’ activities: the National Council of Statutory Auditors, the
National Internal Audit Committee, the National Disciplinary Court and the National Disciplinary Spokesman;
● resolution of the ’Regulations of disciplinary action against auditors’;
● passing the resolutions concerning among other things: the draft of the ’Accounting Act’,
the draft of the ’Auditors and their self-governing body Act’ and also concerning founding the KIBR
Regional Branch in Tarnow and the realization of KIBR activities.

The 3rd National Assembly of Statutory Auditors
The main points and subject of the Assembly’s agenda:
● statement of KIBR bodies’ activities: the National Council of Statutory Auditors, the National
Internal Audit Committee, the National Disciplinary Court, the National Disciplinary Spokesman
and elections of new KIBR bodies;
● resolution of KIBR Statute;
● resolution of the rules of ethics for auditors (these rules were not resolved);
● resolution of KIBR activities’ program for the next term of office.

The Extraordinary National Assembly of Statutory Auditors - was called during the second term
of office of the National Council of Statutory Auditors and took place on 27 - 28 August 1995.
The main points and subject of the Assembly’s agenda:
● statement of the Ethical Issues Committee, established during the 3rd National Assembly
of Statutory Auditors;
● discussion on a draft of the Code of Ethics for Auditors;
● resolution of the rules of ethics for auditors.

The 4th National Assembly of Statutory Auditors
The main points and subject of the Assembly’s agenda:
● activity statements of the National Council of Statutory
Auditors, the National Internal Audit Committee, the National Disciplinary Spokesman and the National
Disciplinary Court, finishing their term of office;
● acceptance of accounts voting of resigning KIBR bodies for their passed term of office;
● elections of KIBR bodies for their new term of office;
● the KIBR activities’ program to be realized by new elected KIBR bodies;
● issues on KIBR activities’ decentralization, methodical and substantial supporting auditors
by their self-governing body, an auditor’s image in media, professional development of auditors, the
quality of materials for continuing professional development (CPD) for auditors, rules of ethics for
auditors, the quality of legal regulations in the area of the balance and tax law, an auditor’s
responsibility for opinions about financial statements, the supervision of entities entitled to carry out
audits of financial statements, the role of audit profession and its emphasizing.

The Extraordinary National Assembly of Statutory Auditors - was called during the third term
of office of the National Council of Statutory Auditors on 29 - 30 June 2002.
The Assembly was called in connection with a necessity of electing the National Supervisory Committee
and adjusting self-governing body documents to the rules of the amended ’Law on auditors and their
self-governing body of 13 October 1994.’
The main points and subject of the Assembly’s agenda:
● elections of the National Supervisory Committee
● passing resolutions on following issues:
- the Code of Ethics for Statutory Auditors,
- the KIBR Statute,
- the rules of KIBR financial economy,
- the principles of setting the membership fees for Statutory Auditors, the principles of setting
payments for entry onto the list of entities entitled to carry out audits of financial statements
and annual supervision fees,
- the rules of continuing professional development (CPD) for auditors.

The National Chamber of Statutory Auditors informs that
the 5th National Assembly
of Statutory Auditors was held on 27 - 29 June 2003 in Jachranka near Warsaw, which granted
a vote of acceptance to the outgoing National Council of Statutory Auditors with the President
Piotr Rojek and to other outgoing bodies of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors.
The 5th National Assembly of Statutory Auditors appointed Mr Piotr Rojek as President of the National
Council of Statutory Auditors in direct elections. It also elected bodies of the National Chamber
of Statutory Auditors which were established as follows:

The 6th National Assembly of Statutory Auditors was held on 28-30 June 2007 in Jachranka near Warsaw.
The 6th National Assembly of Statutory Auditors appointed Mr Adam Kęsik as President of the National Council of Statutory Auditors in direct elections. The bodies of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors were also elected.
