The Statute of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors is passed by the National Assembly of Statutory Auditors, in accordance with the Art. 24, passage 1, point 5 of the ’Law of 13 October 1994 on Auditors and their self-governing body.’

The Statute is approved by the appropriate Minister of Public Finance and it determines - in the area which is not regulated by law - the procedure of creating, authority, organisational structure including functioning of the KIBR regional branches, mode of operation, means of financing and method of expressing the will on behalf of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors (KIBR).
