One of the duties of the National Council of Statutory Auditors includes passing resolutions on issues determined by legislator as follows: regulations of disciplinary action against auditors or entries onto the register of Statutory Auditors.
The National Council of Statutory Auditors in compliance with the ’Law of 13 October 1994 on Auditors and their self-governing body’ can also take the resolutions which are recognized to be appropriate for the successful operation of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors. The resolutions of the National Council of Statutory Auditors are administrative decisions, taken by the absolute majority of votes in the presence of at least half number of the members of the National Council of Statutory Auditors.
